Another exciting and fun Mix and Match Tournament! This year the tournament started on Thursday April 23 and ran through Sunday April 26. A bit of rain on Saturday and a rainy Sunday forecast changed the schedule a bit, but all matches were completed and no one got too wet.

The winner of the Mix and Match 2026 Tournament was Alleygator Intelligence captained by Larry Lauranzano’s & CJ Bongiorno! Congratulations to the winning team members. Following closely in second place was Pennball Wizards led by Dave Tashjian & Robert Schwarz.

A change from previous tournaments was the addition of the Satellite Tournament. This was added to accommodate the 16 3.0 women and 8 3.0 men that were over the roster limits. The roster and schedule cannot be changed on short notice, so the Satellite Tournament offered players the ability to play and contribute to their teams! The roster and schedule will be changed for 2027 – your favorite tournament is growing!
The grill stepped up their game! New additions (and on-going must haves) were the jalapeno sausage, chili and sauerkraut for the hot dogs, cole slaw, and potato salad. Fine job by the entire grill crew!
